The Chapel:
it ain't just for
tabernacle anymore!

Churches USED to be:
places of quiet reverance-
houses of prayer-
holy places of sanctuary-
My Church seems to think
the chapel area is day-care-
youth ministry partyroom-
a place to karioke-
*even tho they took big $$
to build a LARGE addition
for meetings and such.
They think nothing
of moving the cross off away
and shoving the altar to the
side to let a comedian hold
a performance.
How many catholics out there
can remark that the sole reason
all the tabernacles have been
moved way to the side of
the church is so the above
mentioned crap can go on.
And then, they give you
dirty looks if you are trying
to pray at the tabernacle, or,
make so much noise that not
even God can hear you.

But again, reverance
and devoutness and prayer
are not trendy for today's
church anymore because it
smacks TOO much of a person
who believes in Heaven & Hell and
Sin and forgiveness.

I mean, it's all subjective.
Right?
