JARNO LAHTI
Jarno (aka: Kaamos)
is one of those very rare artists whose work
gets under your skin, into your blood,
and drills thru the heart to the depths of your spirit.
Just from my very meager attempts at my own little
galleries, I can tell you, the sheer amount of time
that he invests in his work is staggering.
That AND the emotional and spiritual aspect that is
required to produce work of this calibur
stuns me to silence.
I've run into very few artists whose work was
able to hit me, so very hard, in the deepest depths of
my feelings, desires, hurts, fears, joys and
sorrows.

WARD BOULT
I would describe Ward
(who is a very nice man, by the way)
as a photographic visionary, who should appeal to ANYONE
who has or claims to have an attraction to
that particular illumination that can ONLY
be found in the dark and shadows.
His works include the simple styles
(which can have a stark impact of their own)
to the most complex of portraits wherein one may
find enough imagery to conduct a full psychology or
seminary study on. Trust me, your visit to him
will be only your first of many returns.

AVALON BUTLER
HER site is AVALON'S ATELIER
...now most of us who'd hang out
at sites like mine, are familiar with the likes of
Vlad Tepes and the old world style of
woodcut and hand-point engraving prints
from that Era. This is a Pain-staking process.
But produces art prints that carry their own
aura of Gothic Romance.
The above graphic I've worked up for this page
does not allow for you to see the deep detail
Ms. Butler put into creating it, and I applaud
one thousand fold
her faithful attention to detail. You'll have to visit
her site to see these, AND PLEASE, do not leave her without
going thru EVERY page of her poetry.
She has also gone to great lengths to be faithful to the
BAROQUE STYLE of poetry, and has done so in the most
beautiful of fashions...so much so..
That I begged her to let me post a few in
my poetry pages and she's said yes.
